Just had our gutters replaced this week. Jerry and his team did a great job. From the first contact for an estimate, to the cleanup, Jerry answered questions and clearly communicated along the way. The timeline for completing the job was spot-on, and the crew was professional & prompt. Very impressive from start to finish!
The folks at Monteverde Gutters are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I have employed their services for work and personal needs. They manage quote acceptance and payment electronically and text to inform you of when they are en route with a pic of the service person. They show you the work done before they leave. I give them my highest recommendation.

I was impressed with how thorough his inspection process was during the estimate and his logic for how to properly address my system. He even made gutters for my shed out of the gutters they took down,free of charge; even after I turned him down on getting new gutters on the shed! Jerry was able to come by late in the Summer and assess my house's system and make some recommendations. They provided two choices when they quoted the job and provided an overview of the pros and cons. This helped me make an informed decision.As for installation, Jerry's crews are always professional and courteous. Before starting the job, we did a walkthrough and confirmed the scope of work. From there, the crew went to work and cleaned the gutters, then installed the covers.Overall, a 4-5 hour job and they look fantastic. I look forward to seeing how they hold up with all of the leaves about to fall and the Winter season ahead.Thanks to Jerry and your team! From beginning to end, I remain pleased with their service. Not only did the repair I asked, but went way beyond and did a couple of little repairs without charging me. I was out at the time when they showed up yesterday. They showed up exactly on time, cleaned everything thoroughly, took away the debris and left the property as clean as they found it.

To my surprise, a kind lady called me back within an hour and quickly scheduled my gutter cleaning service, a team of 2 (one of whom was the owner) showed up a few minutes early on the day of the appointment, cleaned up everything, and even accepted my credit card payment. Very professional, respectful, and hard-working (it was in the 90's that day!). They offered a non-binding agreement to lock-in the reasonable price I paid for future gutter cleanings, which I signed up for! Looking forward to using them for years to come! The high winds continued to have the gutter crash against my side house wall which was creating such a loud noice that my family and I and ( I can imagine my neighbors included) could not sleep through the night. Early the next morning the owner was at my house fixing my gutter which may I add, he managed to save.... I thought I was going to need a new one. The office staff was extremely friendly and knowledge. They quoted me a price over the phone that was very competitive and fair. They confirmed and send email notifications the day prior as a reminder and the crew showed up 30 minutes early which was awesome.Over the course of 1.25 hours, they cleaned out all of our gutters with a pressure hose, removed all debris down any lines. The guys were really friendly and explained to us everything they were going to do during the cleaning.They were fast professional and very clean, they picked up all the leaves and debris on our patio and deck leaving no mess behind!They also brought to our attention on corner that was loose and recommended we have the miters replaced, which I agreed too and it was only $30 dollars for that service, which again was awesome.I absolutely recommend Monteverde Gutters for all your cleaning, replacement and service needs!Thank you! read less
